General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tiger baji platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and tiger baji.

tiger baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Key Definitions

The terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — tiger baji's website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on the tiger baji platform.

• "Funds" — money deposited into the account or bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — any promotional benefit granted by tiger baji, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specified multiplier of the bonus amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. If any provided information changes, tiger baji must be informed promptly. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during account verification and may delay fund withdrawals.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tiger baji may verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or bonus eligibility.

4.3 Password and Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify the tiger baji support team immediately. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on the tiger baji platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Users must use a mobile wallet registered in their own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or unusual, tiger baji reserves the right to temporarily hold it for review. Additional verification may be required during this process.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus, up to ৳10,000, is available on the first deposit at tiger baji. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Conditions for Other Bonuses

Each promotion has its own separate terms. Some bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (such as slots or cricket betting). You are advised to read the applicable terms carefully when claiming a bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any other manipulation with the intent to abuse the bonus system may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

Betting Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is fully accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless tiger baji confirms that a technical error or incorrect odds were published. tiger baji reserves the right to void any bet resulting from a technical error.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event. These limits may change from time to time, and the limits displayed at the time of placing a bet are final.

7.3 Multi Bet

For bets combining multiple events, all selections must win to receive a payout. For example, a ৳100 bet with three selections at odds of 1.50, 1.80, and 1.90 gives combined odds of 1.50 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.13 (approximately), returning ৳513 — but if even one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is lost.

7.4 Result Settlement

For sports betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, but please refer to the applicable game rules for specific conditions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tiger baji platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using automation software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or algorithms.
• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or a single IP address.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in collusion or match-fixing against other users.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or harassment towards tiger baji staff.
• Providing betting services to third parties or acting as a proxy.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 By tiger baji

tiger baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns. Prior notice to the user is not mandatory in such cases, but will be given where possible.

9.2 By the User

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the tiger baji support team. Any ongoing bets must be settled before submitting an account closure request.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If a user wishes to temporarily or long-term restrict their access to the platform, they may use tiger baji's responsible gaming tools. Once a self-exclusion request is made, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

Limitation of Liability

tiger baji does not accept liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or the user's device.
• Loss resulting from a user's negligence or sharing login credentials with an unauthorised person.
• Any issues arising from faults in third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical failures or temporary unavailability during server maintenance.

tiger baji is committed to maintaining the highest service standards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any service. In the event of a technical issue, any compensation will be limited to a maximum of the value of the bet concerned.

Privacy and Data Protection
